Ring size guide & resizing
When ordering a ring, in addition to the shape and size of the diamond, one of the most important factors is the right size. We want to make this easy for you, and we offer a ring size measurer in our online store.
However, if you want to measure the size yourself at home, you need a soft measuring tape. Measure the size several times both during the day and at night and also at different temperatures. Fingers are often more swollen in warm weather than in cool weather.
Depending on the country, ring sizes are indicated in different ways. At Alexandra Fine Jewellery we use the diameter of the ring as a measure of ring size. If you measure the circumference of the ring, you get the diameter by dividing it by the pi, so. 3.14. Below is also a table that shows which circumference corresponds to which diameter.

Ring size can usually be measured free of charge at a jeweler's shop. Also note that a narrower ring feels slightly looser than a thicker one. Our rings have a narrow frame, so don't take one size bigger to be sure, just a size that feels nice, but also stays well on the finger.

Re-sizing
We offer a one-time free size change for rings when it happens within six months of purchase. This does not apply to discounted or engraved products.
We charge €80 for further re-sizings and enlargements. Same 80€ charge is applied if size changes are made to products that have been identified by engraving or in other ways.
Please note that a ring with side stones can be changed by no more than half the size. The full eternity ring must be changed completely. We can exchange an unused product within 30 days.
If you want to re-size the ring, send a message to our customer service at contact@alexandrafinejewellery.com and we will give you instructions on how to deliver the ring to us. The customer is responsible for the postage and delivery costs of the product when ordering a size change for the ring.
