Return & exchanges
EXCHANGE AND RETURN TERMS
We accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of receiving the package.The right to exchange and return does not apply to engraved or otherwise customised products, for example but not limited to our letter necklaces or any engraved products or made to order products.
Products must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging to be returned or exchanged. If the product came with an IGI diamond certificate, it must also be returned.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
- Send an email with your order number and reason for the return/exchange to contact@alexandrafinejewellery.com. In case of an exchange, make sure to specify the details of the products you would like to have instead.
- You will receive a confirmation message in your email when your return request has been approved. We will then send you instructions and a return sticker that you can attach to the package.
- Pack the products in the original packaging. If the package came with an IGI diamond certificate, return this as well.
- Send it back to us
- Customers in Finland - Once you have prepared your parcel and attached the return shipping label, you can drop it off at your closest Posti service point. The package must be sent within 14 days of receiving your return label. If necessary, it is the consumer's responsibility to prove that the product has been returned within the deadline, for example with a return receipt from posti.
- Customers in Europe - Once you have prepared your parcel and attached the return shipping label, you can drop it off at your closest DHL service point. The package must be sent within 14 days of receiving your return label. If necessary, it is the consumer's responsibility to prove that the product has been returned within the deadline, for example with a return receipt from DHL.
RETURN CHARGES
- Finland - free returns.
- Europe - 25€. The amount will be deducted from the total amount of the purchase.
- Rest of the world - 50€. The amount will be deducted from the total amount of the purchase.
RETURN PROCESSING
When we receive the product, we'll inspect it. Once the refund has been approved, we will refund the original amount to the card or account with which the payment was originally made. We will process the refund within three days of receiving it but it may take up to 3-7 working days for the refund to appear in the account.
